Effective date: June 15, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to Mentioned (the "Service"), operated by Mentioned LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us", "our").
Every account starts with a free trial (1 scan, single AI engine), so no payment is required and no refund applies until you subscribe.
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual) and processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle's checkout and receipts will show Paddle as the seller of record.
Pro subscriptions are sold on a recurring basis, and all charges are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or under the buyer-protection terms of Paddle, our merchant of record. Because you can start with a free trial before paying and can cancel at any time to stop future charges, we do not offer a voluntary money-back window.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (for example, the right of withdrawal available to some buyers under EU or UK law). Where such a right applies, or where Paddle's buyer terms require it, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Paddle and typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you'll keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Cancelling does not trigger a refund for the current period. See Refunds above.
Email us at support@usementioned.com with the email address on your account, and we'll process your request (or point you to Paddle's self-serve billing portal).
