These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mentioned (the "Service"), operated by Mentioned LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Mentioned generates buyer-style questions about your brand, runs them through third-party AI assistants (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI's models, and Perplexity), and produces a visibility report and an "Action Plan" of recommendations based on the results.
You sign in with your email address and a password. You're responsible for keeping your password and email access secure. You may not share an account or use the Service to monitor brands you don't own or have authorization to analyze.
New accounts receive a limited number of free scans, described on our Pricing page. Paid ("Pro") subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual depending on the option you choose) and processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record for these transactions, collects payment, and handles applicable sales tax/VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Scan results, scores, and Action Plan recommendations are generated using third-party AI models and automated rules. They are provided for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any recommendation before acting on it.

The Service, its branding, and underlying software are owned by Mentioned LLC. You retain ownership of the brand, competitor, and business information you submit. We use that information only to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for the accuracy of AI-generated content from third-party providers.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
